Keys to Success
Your leadership skills should focus on motivating the team and maintaining their sense of pride in delivering quality work, on time, day after day. We'll look to you to promote teamwork and a shared sense of accountability, but you also may need to be assertive from time to time.
Safety is a primary concern and, in addition to monitoring equipment and processes, you should promote safety as an integral part of a professional welder's skillset.
